Hey Friends!! Looks like the word got out pretty fast that I have gone back to cleaning!! I am pretty astonished at how quickly my schedule filled up considering I didn't announce anything, or advertise at all! I am truly Grateful to be so needed!!

🥰I am both happy and sorry to say, I am completely booked Through the end of the year!🙌🙌 I do not have room for any new Residential Properties or Special Projects!! What a wonderful problem to have!!!

I do still have some planned gaps in my schedule for existing clients special projects and our short term rentals needs.

This is all for my (Tressie) personal schedule.

We (Alpine Cleaning) do have a few openings for Commercial Cleaning on nights and weekends. We will not be doing move in/move out cleanings in those time slots. The time line and man power are not interchangeable.

Hello Friends!! Its been a while since I posted on this page. LOTS of new things have been happening in the Smith Household 😳!!

I need to make an announcement as to the structure and operations of Alpine Cleaning. I have mixed feelings on all of the following so please Excuse the long drawn out post.

With the current state of our economy, rise in fuel costs and supplies and the lack of quality, motivated employees I have decided we will no longer be able to service Residential Properties. I am a person who believes in the phrase "dance with the one who brought you" so we will continue to service our Current Residential Customers but will not be adding to this list in the near future. I try my very best to hire the best, most trust worthy hard working ladies out there. To pay them at the high end of the scale for their work, it is a hard job. There is nothing glamorous about it. Its a very physically draining job and finding the perfect person for that is beyond difficult. So when I find that magical creature who is the perfect fit she is worth her weight in Gold to me!! Unfortunately for me/us the "cleaning" market is over run with ladies who undervalue their work, are not insured and are somehow not taxed by the state of Arkansas and therefore can clean homes for $50 a pop which pushes me and my ladies out of range.. It is an exhausting game to play to continually walk through homes only to be notified that so and so can do it cheaper.. so I am bowing to that and accepting defeat in the Residential Cleaning Market.
