Seeing lots of these indoors due to dry weather. Looks a lot like the infamous German cockroach but slightly smaller and more of an olive color. This is Blatella vaga, the field cockroach. They live outdoors and are not considered a threat, though they may be seen indoors from time to time, especially during hot dry weather.
