We are writing to let you know we have sold the trash operations of our business to Hoffman Sanitation. The value in our business is created through the support of customers like yourselves, therefore we have worked hard to ensure that the ongoing business recognizes that proper customer support and processes are embedded in their culture.
The new owner, Hoffman Sanitation, recognizes the price they are paying includes a premium for the goodwill that has been created through favorable relationships with our existing customers, and so they are keen to ensure that they protect that value by working hard to keep you happy.
We will stay on through a transition period to ensure a smooth handover of the business. You may contact us or Hoffman with any questions. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your family for the past 27 years.

Welcome to the Hoffman Sanitation Family, we are proud to have you as a customer. Our commitment is to continue to provide excellent service as was provided by OCLS. Some things to remember β
- OCLS will continue to pick up your containers until end of August 2025. At this point Hoffman Sanitation will start picking up your containers
- You will pay OCLS for all service prior to September 1st 2025. All accounts that are paid ahead will automatically transfer over to Hoffman Sanitation. All billing after September 1st will come from Hoffman and shall be remitted to Hoffman Sanitation
- Your containers will not change, we will be placing Hoffman stickers on your containers in the near future.
- Your trash day may change in the future, as we enter your address into our routes we will come up with your trash day. We will contact you with the contact information on file to let you know your day.
- Containers need to be set out by road by 6am or the night before
- Your will keep your current pricing PRICING WILL NOT CHANGE
- Three ways you can receive your invoice
o Mail
o Email
o Do not receive due to autopay
- We have several ways that you can pay
o Mail Check or money order
o Pay in person at office
o Call in to pay by phone
o Auto pay (credit/debit card or ACH) ACH requires form to be filled out
o Pay from emailed invoice with one click
o Pay on website (www.hoffmansanitation.com)
- Payments are due by the 10th of the service month. All accounts that are unpaid by the next billing will be placed in suspension until paid. You may or may not receive a call/email prior to being suspended for payment. (we will not access late charges until 60+ days overdue)
- Our holiday schedule is only Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If these fall during the week, they will be picked up on either the Saturday before or Saturday after.
