•Make your home accessible: a key, code, etc., A fee will be charged if I am unable to access your home as this will waste my time and a spot for another potential client(see lockout policy below)
•My time is valuable and so is yours. Please be respectful and give AT LEAST a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the clients typical cleaning rate for last minute cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning and all lockouts(this is if I arrive to your home and am locked out or it is inaccessible).
•Have your payment ready on the day of service. Refunds will not be given—though this has never needed to be a topic of conversation. A service charge of $35 will be added to all NSF checks.
• If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, I ask that you let me know within 24 hours. I will return within 24 hours of being notified and address your concerns.
•Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid a fee for excessive clutter.
•I will confirm appointments one week, 2 days, and 1 day before the scheduled time.
•For first time and one-time clients I take before and after photos of my work. These pictures are used for proof of performance and client satisfaction. If you do not want photos taken please notify me.
