Hello,

I apologize for the delay in responding to messages. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have had to step into a full-time caregiving position after another caregiver was unable to return.

Please be assured that I will not be closing my business; however, I must make adjustments to accommodate the new hours required by my caregiving role. As a result, weekday appointments are no longer possible at this time. On occasion, Fridays may become available if I am able to request time off from my caregiving position; however, these opportunities will be very limited. Please stay tuned for updates when a Friday becomes available to offer.

To continue serving our clients, I will be offering weekend availability so that Smith and Willis Extreme Cleaning Services may continue to give you a helping hand.

📣Due to a temporary change in my caregiving responsibilities requiring my full-time availability, we will need to cancel all remaining appointments for the rest of December. We plan to resume services in January.

Please do not feel that you are not a priority to us — you most definitely are. This is a critical time, and we are respectfully asking for your understanding and grace as we temporarily pause services and plan to pick back up in the new year.
