CLEANING TIP: Do you hate cleaning up grease? I have found that Dawn Platinum, a microfiber rag and hot water work best for me. It's quick and doesn't take too much elbow grease to get it cleaned up. For the tougher (older) spots, let it sit for a while and it will typically come right off.

Over the weekend, we made 125 spring rolls. I don't enjoy cleaning up greasy messes so if I'm going to do it, it better be worth it. And they freeze well! What is your least favorite thing to clean up?

HOW OFTEN? It may slip your mind to clean your shower curtain and liner on a regular basis. Next time you do a load of towels, throw in your liner and curtain. This should be done every 3-6 months.
