Basic Cleaning $150
Kitchen:
* Countertops wiped, items pulled out and wiped behind
* Front of appliances
* Kitchen sink scrubbed
* Trash emptied
* Floors
* Dusting
* Interior Windows cleaned as needed
* Dishes
Bathrooms:
* Toilet
* Mirrors/interior windows cleaned
* Sinks/countertops
* Showers/tubs
* Trash emptied
* Floors
* Dusting
Bedrooms/Living room:
* Dusting
* Straightening of pillows/ blankets
* Floors
* Trashes emptied
* Interior Windows cleaned as needed
* Tidying as needed
~Changing bedding: this can be added on for an additional $15 per bed - please have clean bedding out.~
DEEP CLEANING $300
* Deep Clean includes everything on the above list in addition to the following*
* Baseboards
* Window frames
* Door Frames
* Vents vacuumed/wiped
* Outside of cabinets
* Inside of oven
* Microwave
* Reachable light fixtures
* Inside of fridge
MOVE-IN / OUT / POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
$600-$1000
*Includes all of the above listings*
* Insides of all drawers (that are empty)
* Insides of all cabinets and built-ins (that are empty)
* Wiping walls down
* Closets, shelving, and woodwork inside of closets
* Interior cleaning of oven and fridge if needed - we will ONLY do the freezer if the fridge is unplugged and thawed
Pricing varies depending on condition of house at the time of cleaning
Services we do not offer:
* Cleaning anything we cannot reach with a standard 3-tier step stool/extended duster
* Clean computer and TV screens
* Putting away laundry
* Cleaning anything outside the home
* Litter Boxes
* Pet messes (vomit, urine, f***s)
* Bio- Hazard cleaning (mold, blood, bodily fluids, f***s outside of the normal toilet use)
* Insides of china or curio cabinets
* Washing aluminum or plastic blinds
* We do not move any large furniture
* We do not move appliances to clean behind because of the possibility of damaging floors.
* Exterior window cleaning or window track cleaning
