Today we serviced a new client who was seeking

After inspection, we noticed a strong doggy accident odor lingering in the cushions. We immediately stopped and brought this to our client’s attention.

We shared what we found and described our limits regarding these concerns, especially if the puppy is not trained or continually urinates in the same areas.

Sofa cushions can be very porous because of the foam installed, which becomes a sponge when any liquid (or, in this case, urine) is present.

We applied our cleaning agent heavily and extracted most of the areas repeatedly. Once we informed the client that we could make progress but not at 100%, we were able to bring some light to the matter.

A new customer bought a home that seemed to have an overpowered amount of deodorizer before purchasing. We scheduled an evaluation to assess the size and condition before servicing.

Once we entered, we noticed the deodorizer, stains, and worn traffic patterns. In this townhome, we went up to the third floor, where the bedrooms were. We noticed a urine odor but could not determine its source.

We used our UV light, and the carpets glowed like a Christmas tree with the number of spots we found. We explained to the customer that we could clean it to make the results passable enough until they decided to replace it.

We assured that we could make improvements, but there was no guarantee of odor removal or that stains would reappear after cleaning a week later.

They opted out of the service and determined to replace the carpets and padding to make their new home comfortable.

We go above and beyond with honesty. It isn't about making a dollar. It's about leaving an impression on those who like their homes clean, livable, and comfortable.
