Who are we?
Critter & Pest Defense is an experienced and educated, professional team. We are growing and looking for highly motivated personal. We are a fully licensed and insured company with all
state requirements and continuing education courses under our belts. Each job is performed by a trained technician. All of our technicians have passed a background check and must reach all
requirements set by the state before servicing a home on their own. It also is a requirement that they keep up on the CEU classes operated by the
state of Florida.

We are looking for an individual to grow and manage the territory consisting of Orange and Lake county. This is a full-time position.

Position Summary:

This position interacts with their Territory Manager to respond to requests for services for both commercial and residential properties.

Services include but are not limited to the following:

· Trapping & removal
· Exclusion & preventative services
· Wildlife damage repair
· Population management/IPM

A successful Wildlife Service Technician needs to be motivated, energetic, creative and have attention-to detail with outstanding communication skills. They will be heroes and problem solvers while performing our industry leading services.

· You are hands-on and have a basic knowledge of power tools
· You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with people

· You enjoy presenting recommendations to customers and helping them determine services which best fit their needs.
· You have great time management skills. This position enjoys a great sense of autonomy. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately.
· You hold yourself to high standards. Our team members, on and off the job, exhibit the highest level of professional and presentation standards.

Qualifications:

We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:

· Using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity of 275 lbs.
· Lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
· Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
· Ability to work in various weather conditions

Further Requirements:

· Customer Service experience is preferred
· Service, general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Pay:
$33,000 - $80,000 Annually

Supplemental Pay:
Commission pay

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)
