It really is that simple!

When you focus on customer service and delivering excellence the business speaks for itself.

No flyers, no mailers, no door to door knocking.

No AI imagery or flyers or ads.

No Chat GPT or auto responses having my conversations for me.

No filters.

Just a person set on delivering good service, gaining business by the old school word of mouth and referrals and putting in the work that comes with creating and building excellence.

These kind of relationships go so much further.

When you build a business based on trust, customer service, loyalty, honesty and excellence the growth will come on its very own!

Blessed for the clients I’ve met, had the opportunity to serve and continue to serve.

I will always set my focus on quality over quantity.

A client recently asked me “Do you love what you do, do you love cleaning?”

I had to stop for a moment and think on how to answer that honestly and truthfully.

To be honest, I love providing and fulfilling a service. I love the idea of helping others in need whether it’s the need of more time with their families, loved ones or kids. I love the idea of helping elderly no longer able to do it for themselves. Or just simply helping.

See the thing is, if you’ve called on me to come provide my services, there’s a need that has to be met. A need that can’t be done otherwise because other priorities take precedent and I find joy in being a part of your solution!

Do I enjoy the actual acts of cleaning- often times yes.

What I love more though is seeing the smile in the little girl who sees her made and bedroom all cleaned up with a cute bow on her toilet paper that makes her smile from ear to ear.

It’s knowing I am who you call on to get your home ready to gather your friends and family.

I love the smiles and gratefulness of those who feel relieved when I leave because their homes are back in order!

There’s so much more to this and honestly- I believe loving customer service and providing an amazing experience is far more important in any business than loving what you do!

If you can find joy and reason in the small things the big things comes easier 🖤
