We have some exciting news to share!
We're transitioning from Square to Jobber, a powerful platform upgrade that will enhance your experience with us. We're aiming to have everything rolled out by June 22, so we appreciate your patience as we make this move.
Here's what you need to know:
🔄 New Client Portal — You'll have access to a brand-new client portal through Jobber. We'll send you login details as we get closer to the launch date.
🎁 Gift Cards — Square gift cards can still be purchased, so no worries there!
💰 Account Credits — Any credits you currently have on file will be transferred directly to your new Jobber account. Nothing will be lost!
🏦 Payment Methods on File — Just like with Square, you'll be able to securely store a credit card and/or ACH (bank account) on file for easy, hassle-free payments.
📋 Detailed Account Notes & Photos — We can now add more detailed notes, including photos, directly to your account. This helps our team show up better prepared and ensures nothing gets missed. You'll also be able to submit requests directly through the platform!
🚗 On-the-Way Notifications — One of our favorite new features! Our team will be able to notify you when they're on the way to your location, along with an approximate ETA.
💬 Messaging — You can still send and receive messages directly through the platform, just as before.
We're really excited about this change and believe it will make things smoother and more convenient for you. We'll keep you updated as we get closer to the June 22 rollout.
