“Are you sure nothing fell on toilet”? Finally cleared a 3” line approx. 25’. Tons of rodding. Didn’t make sense. Camera inspection confirmed my suspicion. 4” long T bolt created a “beaver dam”. Pushed it to an accessible location and removed the culprit. Great 2 Code day.

Get call yesterday “they said my cast iron rotted out” all needs replaced. Possibly dig outside, ejector lid, sky is falling………. I said “stop, do not tell me quote”. I look and give estimate. Full repipe in basement. $2,000. Their proposal $8,900. Started at 8 and left her house by 3. $7,000 savings. I stay fairly busy but if you or your friends need a second opinion please reach out. I can happily advocate for you or sanity check something.

Conversion at a State Park. Little drive but we d late and knocked it out. Before pics of mechanical room. Removed 20yo BTR 199 and storage tank. Replaced with Navien 240A in commercial mode.

Rockin the Pro Press again. The 1 1/2” valve in video cost $64 (whoa) but, as you can see, the efficiency really makes up for it. Very Im Pressed😀😀😀
