"Cascade of problems when we ran low on chlorine then had to leave town for a trip. Returned to a sea green pool w algae growing on the walls !!! Called H20 Pool Service and worked with the manager Jeff who was knowledgeable and professional, and the owner Roman responded to an onsite visit in 2 days. Roman was prompt, in fact early for the appt and proposed a fair monthly charge for weekly pool service.

If your pool pump is not pumping water, we will help you troubleshoot the pump.
Here are the things to check for:

Leaking or air-sucking pool pump valve - inspect and replace O-rings inside
Union connection - make sure it’s snug, not just hand-tight
Pool Pump lid O-ring - check for cracks, flat spots, or dryness
Lubricate the O-ring properly before reseating the lid
Self-priming pool pump - needs a little water inside to catch prime and push flow.

If you’ve checked everything and the pump still won’t move water, it’s time to call a licensed pool professional.
