“Hi there. I just wanted to send a quick thank you for all your staff are doing to keep everyone safe, and for allowing us without access to a washer/dryer elsewhere to have a clean place to do our laundry right now. The employee who was working while I was in earlier did such a great job of constantly wiping down surfaces and cleaning, and it was very much appreciated. She was very kind as well - I’ve always had great interactions with all of the staff here. Thank you so very much for giving us a clean, safe place to wash out clothes!!” H.M. (03/31/2020)

Yes - Washtenaw Wash is open.

We have gloves, sanitizing wipes, and disinfectant spray available for all our customers.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and to provide a safe environment we ask the following:

- Please maintain social distancing as much as possible.

- If you are ill or do not feel well, please do not enter the laundromat.

- Only two people per family are allowed in the laundromat at a time, including children. To provide a safe environment for all customers and staff, large families are not allowed in the laundromat.

- Please do not bring children under the age of 14. If this cannot be avoided, children must remain under strict parental-control and must also maintain social distancing. If you are unable to manage this and/or are not paying attention to the attendant, you will be asked to leave.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and appreciate your trust through these challenging times.

The safety of our customers and employees remains our number one priority, we need your cooperation for the good of everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
