The rate is $35/hr. This provides you with ONE cleaner. If you desire it, TWO cleaners are available with 2 weeks prior request @ the rate of $55/hr. Your rate includes the cost of the cleaners, supplies, equipment depreciation, etc. If references are desired they are available upon request. For a first time clean on a 2bdrm 1 bath home typically takes about 6-8 hours depending on the extent of cleaning required. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
