I received notice last night from property management where my laundromat is. Starting Monday March 16, Shady lane will be closed. The rear entrance to the complex will be blocked for over a week. The other end behind Safeway will be the only way in or out to the rear. It gets crowded with all the trucks and delivery vans. Not just for Safeway, but the bar, Papa Murphy's, etc. Auto Zone has some giant trucks come through as well. I have several customers that use my back parking area that will have to use the front. Going to get even more crowded with the bar taking so many of my parking spaces as it is. The neighborhood across from the elementary school will be affected. School bus will have to change pick up points and the kids that use Shady to walk may not be able to. Not sure if the far sidewalk will be affected. Gateway drive, as well as Red Bud are going to be busy. PLEASE drive careful and don't hit any kids that walk through this area on a very regular basis.
