Pet odors can linger even after regular vacuuming, especially in well-used rooms and staircases.

We handled a full residential deep clean in Anchorage where steam cleaning and pre-treatment were needed for both carpets and stairs. Tackling pet odor was a big focus, so we applied an enzyme-based treatment to help neutralize smells. Furniture moving was included, making it simple for the homeowner to prepare.

Great review from Peter... "Super thoughtful and professional...I took them a very old, very nice, wool area rug that I inherited from my sister that looked like it had never been cleaned. The rug looked great when they were done, although the cleaning also revealed some old stains (probably coffee) that they weren't able to remove. I talked with Scott (their master cleaner) about these stains and Scott described in detail what he had done to try to remove those stains, and he did so in a professional and non-defensive way, that I very much appreciated. I was completely satisfied that Scott did everything he could to remove those those stains...some things you just have to live with!"
