We're looking to hire a detail-oriented H-VAC Technician that's skilled in cleaning, adjusting & repairing systems. A professional who is willing to take the time to go the extra mile to perform great work. We're dedicated to doing things right the first time, &never in a rush to do it. There's no room for simple mistakes in this line of work. You must be able to dress, speak & present yourself professionally at all times. Respect & a good attitude in the workplace is a must & goes a long way.
Requirements:
-Must obtain a valid driver's license
-1+ year experience as an H-VAC Technician, & willingness to continue education
-Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, & heating
-Ability to work in confined spaces
-Excellent organization & troubleshooting skills
-Talk about each step of the work performed with the customer
-Creative thinking
-Time management
-Maintain a professional appearance
-Knowledge of H-VAC vent cleaning
Responsibilities:
-Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
-Keep daily logs & records of all maintenance functions
-Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems, & performing warranty services
-Interact, & assist with customers' queries
-Take before & after photos.
-Communicate professionally
-Basic computer skills
-Pick up equipment as you go to each room
