Because of this growth, we need to streamline certain procedures to protect our company's integrity and continue providing quality service to our loyal customers.

Certain services will now require a deposit at the time of booking. This mainly applies to:
Priority or emergency details
Skip-the-line bookings
Large or specialty services
Booking Confirmations
All appointments must now be confirmed prior to service. This helps us ensure scheduling accuracy, avoid confusion, and keep communication clear between our team and our customers.
📅 Cancellation Policies — Coming Soon
To continue operating efficiently, we will soon be introducing updated cancellation and rescheduling policies. These policies will help protect reserved appointment times and allow us to better accommodate serious clients who are waiting for availability.

Customers may now be asked to provide verified contact information before appointments are approved. This helps us maintain reliable communication regarding arrival times, updates, confirmations, and service details.
💵 Payment Agreements Before Service Completion
To avoid misunderstandings, payment expectations must be agreed upon before services are completed. Transparency and professionalism are important to us, and we want every customer experience to remain smooth and respectful from start to finish.
