Welcome to the neighborhood, Harbin Dumplings food truck!

Aaand… We’re open! New location: 12521 Christianson Road, Anacortes. Our new landlord is Blue Cow Car Wash and we’re grateful for the opportunity. Other new neighbors: Swinomish Golf Course, Swinomish Market / Gas Station, and Bastion Brewery. We regret how long our food trailer has been shut down. Puget Sound Energy has given us significant difficulty in starting up our electric service. Thanks to Island Electric for getting our electric problems straightened out– as well as for the upgrades!

These will be our current Winter hours which are subject to change based on demand:

Thursday through Monday: 12PM to 5PM
Tuesday and Wednesday: Closed
Doordash services will be re-activated within the coming days.

We plan on being open through the holidays unless otherwise posted.

EVACUATION NOTICE!!!

The City of Mount Vernon is asking residents living in the 100-year flood plain to evacuate. Evacuation is the best option for people to protect themselves in a severe flood event. Recommended evacuation routes are available on the City Website.

I-5 is outside the flood plain and can be used for travel. The Division Street Bridge closes when the Skagit River Reaches 36 Feet. Based on current information (as of 4:00 PM 12/10/2025), the DIVISON STREET BRIDGE IS LIKELY TO CLOSE AT NOON ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11.

City Offices and the Library Commons will be closed Thursday, December 11th and Friday, December 12th. Businesses located in the Mount Vernon Floodplain are encouraged to close as well and the public should stay out of the 100 year flood plain area.
