I hate to even say this looks good but considering what it looked like when I started, this is amazing. Unfortunately the discoloration is paint 😒 some of which is coming off and some isnt budging. I am trying to avoid an acid wash, so Im going to spray it and let it marinate until next time I come out and try again...

Took us 4 days to complete this home. It had bad ni****ne so we had to clean it, do a smoke enzyme treatment twice, clean again, oil base primer on most the ceilings and walls and then repaint all ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors and trim... buffed, scrubbed, mopped and re-mopped the floors, installed some new closet shelves, replaced outlet covers, new AC and vent grills, new mini blinds.... God is so good!

P.S. take into consideration it was a 4 hour drive round trip lol.
