About Us:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Landscape and Hardscape Technicians to join our growing team.

Job Overview:
As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining softscapes (plants, trees, shrubs, grass) and performing property maintenance. As a Hardscape Technician, you will be responsible to work under a Hardscape Foreman hardscape (patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens) elements of residential and commercial properties. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain landscapes including plants, trees, lawns, and garden beds.
* Design and build hardscapes such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
* Operate landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.) and hand tools.
* Ensure all projects are completed on time.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve company goals.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in landscape and hardscape installation or maintenance (2+ years preferred).
* Ability to work with both manual tools and machinery safely.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
