These lounge chairs are made of teak and were in desperate need of a cleaning. They were all dark and covered w lichen (see last photo). This is what they look like clean and dry. They can be left like this or oiled to bring out the color. Keeping them like this really matches the rest of the home a lot better

Over the years ive noticed that homeowners w brick homes dont realize how dirty they are. They are usually interested in cleaning all the trim, windows and doors but not the brick. They usually say "the brick looks fine".

The brick gets dirty too. It may hide it a lot better than vinyl but it does need to be cleaned every so often.

Look at the difference in these 2 pics. The difference is night and day. If you have a brick home and it hasn't been cleaned in a while it is time to do so.

Tennis and sports courts need to be cleaned delicately to not damage the specialized finish. This is very time consuming but the results are worth it.

Composite decks are "low" maintenance not no maintenance. Keep em cleaned periodically and they will last a very long time.

This little project for a nice elderly couple tool way to long (and I underestimated it of course). Cleaned out the inside and outside of the storage bins, cleared all the leaves , pine needles and weeds that have e been building up for years. Cleaned the concrete pad and the fence.

Looks great and they are thrilled.
