We are now hiring for P.T. 3rd shift laundry processors to work in our Amelia, Ohio facility. Compensation is $16 per hour plus substantial production bonus each pay period. Bonuses average $2-4 additional per hour based on productivity. 🤑

3rd Shifts begin at 9:30pm M-F with varying ending times based on volume and your availability.

At Queen City Laundry, we are not your average laundry facility. Come work with our rockstar team, and in our state of the art facility!💪

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented laundry processors to join our overnight team. Our third shift team works in our facility overnight while we are closed to the public, always with supervisor on duty.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all items are cleaned, laundered, and packaged to meet our high standards of quality control.

This position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and packaging of finished laundry for our residential and business clients. The laundry processor will work alongside their working supervisor and fellow teammates, but also works independently on their own orders via a process we call "ownership of the order".

Full training provided, no experience necessary!

Duties:

✅️ Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment to clean various types of fabrics.

✅️ Sort, and process garments according to specific customer preferences.
Inspect items for stains or damages before processing and determine appropriate cleaning methods.

✅️ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the processing area to ensure a safe working environment.

✅️ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding processed items to your supervisor.

Qualifications:

No previous laundry experience is required, only a great work ethic and attitude.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and launder items effectively and according to customer preferences.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail is needed.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights(up to 40lbs) as needed.

NOW HIRING P.T. Laundry Attendants to serve our amazing customers in our Amelia, Ohio location.

Starting hourly pay is $14/hr plus bi weekly bonus & tips. Team members also get to do their laundry for free, and receive free company provided shirts.

Shifts vary depending on availability but we are primarily looking for evening and weekend shifts.

Stores are attended 8am to 10pm daily w/ flexible shifts available. Shifts are based on availability but typically are 4-8 hours long. Evening and weekend shifts will be required.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, self sufficient and enjoy helping others. Cleaning, processing drop off laundry orders, and providing amazing customer service are the primary duties for this position.

Full training provided, no experience necessary! Background checks and drug screenings are required.

We are currently hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will serve residential and commercial customers throughout Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding areas in our company provided fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

✅️ Operate a company-provided delivery van safely and responsibly
✅️ Pick up and deliver laundry to homes and businesses in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
✅️ Use company-provided software and GPS for route navigation
✅️ Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers
✅️ Keep laundry bags organized and secure during transport
✅️ Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
✅️ Maintain accurate delivery records and follow all safety and traffic regulations
Requirements:
✅️ Age 21 or older preferred but not required
✅️ Valid drivers license with fewer than six points
✅️ Ability to lift laundry bags up to 40 pounds
✅️ Pass a background check and drug screening
✅️ Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed appearance
✅️ Able to work independently and manage time effectively
✅️ Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for navigation and logging

Preferred Experience:

Previous delivery experience but not necessary. We will train you!
Customer service experience

Familiarity with Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky streets is helpful but not required
