Attention CK cleaner, clients !!!!
First, I want to thank each and every one of you for giving me the opportunity to serve you and care for your homes. I truly appreciate every one of my CK Cleaners clients and the trust you place in me. ❤️
Effective immediately, I will be enforcing my cancellation policy. All cancellations will have a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will require your payment in full Same-day cancellations will also require full payment for the scheduled cleaning.
I completely understand that things come up and life happens. However, when a cleaning appointment is reserved, that time is set aside specifically for your home and impacts my schedule and income.
I have had several cancellations recently, including this week, and I want to kindly remind everyone that CK Cleaners is my business and this is how I provide for my family.
I appreciate your understanding, communication, and continued support. Thank you for helping me continue to do what I love. ❤️
