Nobody wants to deal with a failed water heater first thing Monday morning

But that’s exactly what happened to one of our customers here in Amarillo.

Their 3.5 year old unit had a complete electrical failure.

We had a plumber out first thing that morning, honored the factory warranty on the unit, and only charged for labor and the fittings needed to get the new one installed.
