This one was tough! Going through an eviction process, the tenant decided living in this unit for 4 months rent free wasn't enough...so they left about 40 lbs of meat to rot throughout this recently remodeled apartment. After speaking with the owner, another major remodel just wasn't in the cards.

With a little help from A Plus Contracting, we were able to revive this unit in less than a week! Call us before you think tens of thousands of dollars is the only answer, it's amazing what a little elbow grease can do!
