Like why do I have ALL the cleaning supplies in my hand… and no idea where to start??

Between kids, life, and being tired 24/7, it’s like the house resets itself to chaos the second you turn your back.

As a former house cleaner, I got SO over feeling behind in my own home (and personally victimized by laundry 🧺😂), so I started putting something together to make it all feel a little more doable.

Now that I've stepped away from cleaning homes, I still want to be available to help people with cleaning their homes, even if I cannot psychically be there. Including the people who don't have the luxury of hiring a house cleaner.

When I was cleaning houses, I would look at it with a fresh set of eyes and put together a plan to get the home not only back to clean, but back to functional. I noticed a lot of people weren't actually "behind" on cleaning. It felt that way because there was no clear system and everything kind of piled up at once. Bouncing from room to room, trying to catch up and something always feels like a mess. The cycle is exhausting. This plan gives you a way to get out of that.

I use this system in my own home. It's nothing crazy, but It helps when you're overwhelmed. It can take a lot of that mental load off when you're not constantly wondering what needs to be done next.

If your house feels like it's always one step behind... you're not the only one.

When I was cleaning homes, one thing I saw over and over again was how many parents felt like they were always behind... no matter how much they cleaned.

It was never because they weren't trying hard enough. It was usually because they didn't have a system that actually fit their life.

I've walked into so many homes where everything felt overwhelming, and honestly I get it. Life is busy, kids make messes, and it adds up fast.

I feel for the people who struggle with this. I've always said " Please don't apologize for how your house looks, that's why I'm here" I do this because I care, not because I'm here to judge you.

Since I've stepped away from in home cleanings, I've started creating simple cleaning plans that break down things so you're not trying to do everything at once.
