*Deep Cleans start at $300 (depending on how severe the clean is) with a minimum of 3hrs. If more time is needed; it is $100/hr. after that.
*Move-out/Move-in cleans start at $400 for 3 hrs. after that.
*Post Construction cleans start at $400 for the first 3 hrs. then $120/hr after that.
*Note- Your house will be considered a “deep clean” if it ha
s been a month or more of the last time it was serviced. All new clients will have to have an initial/deep clean before moving forward to maintenance.
*Cancellations need to be made 48/hrs. In advance or there will be a $75 cancellation fee*
*Payment is due at the end of service and will have a $25 fee for each day it is late.
*Weekend and Holiday’s are an extra service charge*
Promotions are only upon availability. Depending on your location, there may be a gas fee. Ovens, dishwashers, Windows, Refrigerators, dishes, Blinds & Linens are extra services.
“Standard Cleans” are what we call a “fluff” and are either weekly or biweekly cleans. It includes kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
“Deep Cleans” are a monthly service. This includes kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, wiping down cabinets, baseboards, fans, cobwebs, vacuuming, mopping and really getting to the nooks and crannies. Please remember when booking with us to have your home prepared by removing personal items for easy access to clean surface areas. We are not a maid service but a house cleaning service. Maid service cleans up your personal items while house cleaning service cleans the surface areas.
**I want to clarify for new clients that the prices listed on the business page reflect a solo cleaner rate. If additional helpers are brought, a task taking a solo cleaner 6 hours would only take 3 hours with two cleaners etc. However, the client would still be billed for the total "man hours," in this case, 6 hours of service. This ensures transparency. The provided range for deep/initial cleans is based on a standard home without major work or shedding pets. As a luxury cleaning business, we meticulously cover every detail, aiming to restore your home's original glory.**
