*Standard Clean* Starts at $120 with a min. of 3 hrs. If more time is needed it is $50 hr after that.

*Deep Clean* Typically range between $150-$350 (depending on how severe the clean is) with a minimum of 3 hrs. If more time is needed; it is $75/hr. after that.

*Move-Out Clean* Starts at $350 for 3 hrs. Then 85/hr. After that.

*Note- Your house will be considered a “Deep Clean” if it has been a month or more of the last time it was serviced.

*Cancellations need to be made 48/hrs. In advance or there will be a $50 cancellation fee*

*Weekend and Holiday’s are an extra service charge*

Promotions are only upon availability.

Depending on your location, there may be a gas fee.

Ovens, Windows, Refrigerators, Blinds & Linens are extra services.

Please remember when booking with us to have your home prepared by removing personal items for easy access to clean surfaces and areas.

We are not a maid service but a house cleaning service. Maid service cleans up your personal items. While house cleaning service cleans, kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping.
