Salary: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
Millennium Facility Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Equipment Transport and Support Specialist with leadership qualities for our Atlanta and West Georgia operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth transportation and handling of equipment, performing inspections, and providing essential support to various accounts, especially during staff shortages. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills to manage tasks and coordinate with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Transportation and Handling: Safely and efficiently transport equipment between accounts, ensuring secure and careful handling.
2. Inspections and Maintenance: Regularly inspect the equipment, identify any issues or malfunctions, and coordinate maintenance efforts.
3. Support and Leadership: Provide hands-on support to accounts during staff shortages, including cleaning and organization tasks, while demonstrating leadership in coordinating efforts and guiding team members.
4. Installation Expertise: Accurately install and maintain dispensers and other equipment, ensuring they meet client specifications and functional requirements.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Offer outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Background Check Clearance: Must successfully pass a background check.
• Prior Cleaning Experience: Experience in a cleaning or similar role is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and coordinate tasks and teams effectively.
• Physical Ability: Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting and installation tasks.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work varying hours and travel within the designated area.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We often say our team goes the extra mile, but today, they went the extra 65 million years! 😂 Our very own Jerry Beck surprised our wonderful clients during their potluck by making a grand entrance in an inflatable dinosaur costume. But wait... it gets better!
