Busy busy over here 💖 with spring break happening we’ve been working around the clock to stay on schedule & meet deadlines; while also making sure our team gets to enjoy their family & vacations!

💗 Communication Update

Hi friends 🤍

We wanted to share a quick update regarding communication and apologize to anyone who may have experienced a delay or any messages we have may missed.

We have been dealing with some phone issues with the phone glitching/icloud signing out.. following the phone screen unexpectedly going out leading to other issues getting back into icloud. While the phone was thankfully covered under insurance, no replacement screens were available locally, so a new device had to be shipped and received.

Once the replacement arrived, we experienced temporary issues signing into iCloud however once the icloud was signed into it was followed by delays transferring data due to the high volume of communications, contacts, and photos stored. During this time, there were several days where incoming calls, texts, emails and messages were not received due to going to the broken phone.

To ensure no information was lost or we didn't leave anyone responded to the original phone was repaired so we could properly back up the device and complete a secure direct transfer. Given the volume of data (including hundreds of thousands of messages and tens of thousands of photos), this process required multiple days due to their business hours.

Additionally, while signing back into our apps and systems, security verification codes were initially routed to the original device, which created further delays in restoring full access. Leaving messages responded to.
Technology is incredible — until you realize how much your business depends on it.

If you reached out and have not yet received a response, please know it was absolutely not intentional. We are actively reviewing all calls, texts, and messages to ensure nothing slips through the cracks and working to get them all caught us as quick as possible.

If you believe your message may have been missed during this time, please feel free to resend it or contact us again so we can make sure you are fully taken care of.

Lindsey has been the perfect addition to our team this last year! Someone everyone enjoys being scheduled with!

She’s a team player — always willing to do whats needed & with a smiling face & upbeat attitude. A friend we’re all thankful to have!

Just truly a gem of a person! The type of person anyone could meet and just feel like you’ve know her your entire life! Thankful for her far more then she knows!

❄️ Weather Closure Update ❄️

With the amount of snow we’ve received and the current travel warning, the safety of our team always comes first 🤍

We have closed and rescheduled all cleanings for today, and we have reached out to everyone on the sxhedule for tomorrow to let them know we will also be closed tomorrow.

We will reach out has to everyone on tomorrow’s schedule to reschede your cleaning - we are currently waiting for the now to stop before doing to much rescheduling. We’ll be in touch to confirm new appointment dates tomorrow!

We know this can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding — keeping our team safe is the most important thing to us.

✨ And hey, moms — don’t stress 😉 We know the house gets messier.. we are right along side you! We hope you’ll get to the extra time with those kiddos while they’re home… we’ll be here and happy to help once they’re back at school!
