Taking a second to brag on our team for a second 🥰
They deserve so much praise not just today but every day!
Took a second to read a few of our reviews from this week. These last few weeks have been busy, long and especially hot these last couple.
These reviews mean more than our clients will probably ever know. 🩷
Of course we’re thankful that you trust us with your homes, but these reviews represent so much more to me than just another happy client.
When you choose Happily Clean & Co., you’re supporting a business with an owner who truly cares about each and every job, each and every employee and each and every client.
A business that wants to grow, but in a way where I’m looking to get rich but in a way my team and I are all succeeding and improving together. A business that’s constantly working to create better opportunities for every single person on our team.
Every new client, every referral, every review, and every home we clean helps us continue building something bigger than a cleaning company.
It helps us continue improving wages, investing in training, purchasing better equipment and supplies, offering secure W-2 positions, helping us continuing doing things right by being properly covered with workers’ compensation and insurance, and creating a workplace where people are valued as people first.
It allows moms to provide for their families while still being moms. It allows us to create flexibility when life happens. It allows us to invest back into our employees instead of treating them like they’re replaceable because everyone here is more then just an employee but also my friends and although most of us are related in some day even those that aren’t are truly family to me.
The goal has never just been to clean houses.
To change lives, to leave everything better.
The goal is to build careers.. not just jobs.
To create a place where people are proud to work, where they feel appreciated, where they can grow, and where they can see a future. I’m so dialed in on doing just that. By taking care of them I can ensure all of you are taken care of.
Because when our team succeeds, our clients receive better service. When our employees are cared for, they care even more for the families whose homes they walk into every day.
