***For community warning and awareness purposes only in reference to Towanna Thomas & Dan Sly stealing kids from their father for money!!!!***
The only reason I'm not with my children today is because the mother filed an emergency pick up order for her own personal reasons. It had nothing to do with my ability to parent. Additionally, I was unlawfully arrested 2/10/2022 and that stopped me from being there until my pending allegations were resolved. It took me 7 months to get to a jury trial in front of my peers where I was found not guilty 9/13/2022 of the unlawful arrest initiated by Towanna Thomas and Dan Sly. In congruent with getting unlawfully arrested on 2/11/2022, Towanna Thomas filed a temporary injunction against me but was egregious enough to put my daughters name on it in order to satisfy her and her daughters quest for me to have no contact with our children. On 3/30/22 I also was found not guilty of the allegations used to generate the temporary injunction that for 40 days if I even attempted to contact my children I would have been in violation and put in jail for that action. Awaiting trial Towanna Thomas, Dan Sly, along with their mother towards our children mentally abused, brain washed, couched them to lie to me and on me, and alienated me from our children. All caught on video footage.
Even though I had every intention of marrying their mother, once it was established that my relationship was over I had to do my duty and responsibility to legally establish my rights as the father of our children. This was due to me being unaware that when I signed both of their birth certificates after cutting their umbilical cord in the delivery room was not sufficient as legally deeming me the father of our two children. Whereas I would not have to go through any other family members or parent to have access to our children. Hence the egregious emergency pick up order by the mother in a personal attempt, not factual, or logical attempt to deny me the biological father access to our kids.
From their birth up until the mother obtained that emergency court order the children had always been in my possession or at minimum accessible to me. As of today 9/30/2023, I'm still precluded from seeing my children due to the circumstances of false allegations, ambushes from family members, and whatever unforeseen problems that may occur from seeing our children. Thus, I elected and it was agreed upon by me and their mother to exchange our kids in the respective police station of our residence. Again, this was done solely to protect and minimize any effort to hinder my legal rights to our children being established in essence to what happened previously such as the false allegations, injunctions, and cumbersome legal proceedings.
I love my kids, I wanna see my kids, I never wanna be away from my kids but until my legal rights as a father are established it's in my best interest to receive and secure our children in a certified legally surveyed establishment of the respective police station.

As a consern father of 2 I want to warn the community about Dan Sly and Towanna Thomas. As you may know they are committing crime to steal kids from their parents. Once confronted about his egregious acts the convicted felon refuse to sign the paper work nessary the victamized father needed to initiate corporal punishment towards him. In the essence of knowledge never did the father violate any orders, and the defamation of clown insinuations do not fit his criteria of man. Please beware of these individuals due to the p**f of criminal child neglect on criminal record please be safe yall. Watch for validity & self awareness.

Beware of these two evil individuals around your kids. Where as in order to take a fathers children away from him this grandmother Towanna Thomas and her boyfriend Dan Sly committed criminal acts to due so. By giving false information to officers & committing perjury they successfully were able to get the father locked up. This was all due to the father applying for full custody of his children due to abandonment issues. This video is being released to expose the travesty of whats going on to alienate fathers from their children and the further mental abuse they will do to the children for monetary reasons. These acts must be stopped and spoke against.
