PowerClean Enterprises has provided quality janitorial services to local businesses in the Akron area since 2006. We are currently looking for an experienced commercial cleaner for a large industrial site in Barberton with the following qualities:
- Knowledge of general cleaning practices, chemicals, & equipment
- Past experience working in commercial facilities, industrial sites a plus
- Hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, takes pride in their work
- Follows direction, consistent & strong work ethic
- Attention to detail, efficient, good time-management skills
This position includes the regular-scheduled cleaning of & removing trash in multiple buildings at the site; therefore, employees are required to wear designated PPE (personal protective equipment) which will be provided. Employee will be working inside and moving between buildings outside - in all weather. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30-11:30am, but employee must be available to stay later if necessary. Occasional Saturdays for special projects will be paid at a higher rate.
The candidate whose work demonstrates consistency & thoroughness, is able to meet the pre-determined benchmarks, and proves to be reliable & of sound character will be rewarded with a raise following their probationary period (90 days).
All candidates must be eligible to work in the US, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date vehicle insurance. In addition, candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and have a cell phone.
