Something old can be the most meaningful thing you wear all wedding weekend.
Your mother’s gown. Your grandmother’s gown. Maybe it has been in a closet or an attic for thirty years, and you have always wondered if it could be part of your day.
It can. Some brides wear it down the aisle. Others turn it into something new, like a second dress for the reception or a dress for the rehearsal dinner, so a piece of her is with you the whole weekend.
It starts with restoration. We clean older and heirloom gowns by hand with the right materials, so the gown is ready for its next chapter.
When the celebrating is done, it can be closed inside a museum quality polypropylene box. Never cardboard. That way it is waiting for the next bride in your family.
Drop off and pick up are in person here in Northeast Ohio. Your gown never goes in the mail.

This is the last step. Cleaned by hand, wrapped in tissue, and closed inside a museum quality polypropylene box that slides into a muslin sleeve monogrammed for the couple it belongs to.

Through October we are running $50 off Friday. Book a consultation on any Friday in October and you get $50 off.

Consultations are over Zoom, so you can do it from your kitchen table on a lunch break. We go through your gown, your timeline, and what matters most to you. After that you drop the gown off in person here in Northeast Ohio and I take it from there. I examine it myself, document what I find, and photograph the gown before any work begins.

This is what is sitting in the garment bag right now.

Three gowns that came through our doors this season. Lace, chiffon, and brocade. Every one of them looked fine on the hanger. Every one of them looked like this along the hem and the train.

Dirt, drink, and skin oils do not stay still. They work down into the fibers and oxidize, and the gray you see today turns yellow and permanent later. Fresh soil lifts. Year old soil fights back.

If you were married this spring or summer and your gown has not moved since the reception, this is the window. Bring it in while it still comes out clean.

Because museum quality preservation is not a label we borrowed. It is what actually happens to your gown here, by hand, in house.
We are local. You drop your gown off in person and pick it up in person. It never goes in the mail, never gets shipped off to a facility three states away. That is the whole point.
As a small family owned business, our overhead stays low and our quality control stays first. The right materials, an honest price, and a real answer to every question you have along the way. You should leave educated and confident, not just charged.
Your gown is sealed in a museum quality polypropylene box, not cardboard. We are the only company in Ohio using them.

Dirt worked deep into silk, gray shadowing the whole hem, and a bride convinced it’s ruined forever. It isn’t. Swipe to see the same silk after cleaning, back to soft ivory and ready to be pressed and boxed.
If your gown is still sitting in a garment bag with a soiled hem, don’t wait on it. Stains set as they age, and fresh ones come out far easier than year-old ones.

These two just finished their preservation journey with us. Both gowns were cleaned, treated, and hand-packed in acid-free tissue inside a keepsake box — and each one got a custom embroidered patch with the couple’s monogram and wedding date stitched right in.
One in soft pink script. One in deep burgundy with a hand-drawn crest. Little details that turn a preserved dress into a family heirloom your daughter may open one day.
