Aiken Soft Wash is now Sunshine SoftWash Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning!!!

After 11 years of serving our 2500+ customers throughout the CSRA, we have passed the torch (and wands) to Brad and Brent Chavis, co-owners of Sunshine Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning for the past 25 years.

Brad and Brent are excited to further grow their business and the acquisition makes them the largest exterior cleaning business in the CSRA.

They look forward to serving the Aiken SoftWash customer base going forward. For all of our customers that have grown to love the Aiken SoftWash team will be happy to know that the same crew members are part of the new venture and will still be available to service your properties going forward!!!

I have honestly enjoyed being friendly competitors with Brad and Brent for past decade+, as they are truly genuinely nice guys.

We will have a short period of “behind the scenes” transition as we merge customer databases, and put new technology systems in place for customer communications and scheduling.

Thank you to all the 2500+ Aiken SoftWash customers that we have served for the past decade+….. You will be in very good hands with Brad and Brent….

Large commercial exterior cleaning project last week in downtown Aiken. Maybe you can guess the church? Near Fairfield and Union streets.... approximately 50,000sf of building surfaces to remove years of accumulated atmospheric pollutants, mildew and bug nests. Needed every extended inch of the JLG 85' telescopic boom lift to reach 3+ stories.

With our Official letter from State of SC allowing us to continue operations, we were out on a late night cleaning and sanitizing SoftWash job yesterday. Clean, sanitary concrete and building at this local shopping center..... Looking forward to when our crews can head back to Aiken Fish House for low country boil lunch again!
