The BEFORE & AFTER of our very FIRST Real Estate Clean! 🧼🏡

Man… this place was HEAVY with ni****ne buildup. 😳🚬 We’re talking years of smoke residue that had literally soaked into the walls.

We opened up ALL the doors and windows and got to work, but some of that ni****ne staining was so deeply embedded that it simply would NOT come off the walls. At this point, those walls are going to need to be re-sheetrocked or properly Kilz-sealed and painted to completely eliminate the damage.

But let me tell you something… LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE. 🙌🔥

📢 Important Scheduling Update for 2027 📢

Hello everyone!

I wanted to give all of my valued clients plenty of advance notice regarding some important scheduling changes for July 2027.

After many years without taking a real vacation, I have decided to take some much-needed time off to spend with my family. ❤️

Between The Lakes Cleaning Services will be closed July 2nd through July 6th, 2027. We will resume normal operations on July 7th, 2027.

In addition, beginning in 2027, we will no longer be accepting same-day back-to-back vacation rental turnovers (check-out/check-in on the same day).

New Vacation Rental Policy: 🏡 A minimum of one full day between guest check-out and the next guest check-in will be required.

This change allows us to:
✔️ Maintain the high cleaning standards our clients expect
✔️ Allow adequate time for deep inspections and maintenance needs
✔️ Prevent scheduling conflicts and unexpected delays
✔️ Ensure every property is guest-ready and cleaned properly
