King of Prussia
Kitchen Remodel
Redesign. Refinished cabinetry. All new appliances. Glass subway tile backsplash 😍

Did you ever walk into a room and know it had potential, but in its current state had actually decreased value and had left potential buyers running?? This kitchen was a random collection of design "don'ts". The most obvious was it having no refridgerator, which was oddly fifteen feet away off in the dining area. The double oven was twelve feet away from cooking suface... which was not anchored; slid 3 inches each way. Some cabinets had crown, some did not. Crown was upside down. It took some time and creativity, and a lot of staring at it from different angles to see why none of it was working, but the owner's were amazed at the product they came away with. I say this to all of our clients: "You don't have to settle for poor design just because you're working within a budget". We couldn't tear everything out and buy new so we kept what pieces worked and searched for compatible appliances. Installed a 30 inch convection oven below cooktop. Refinished all cabinets. Added the surround backsplash and custom built the wine rack slash broom closet as a segway to transition into the dining space. The client did not want to sacrifice that storage. Formerly, there were two top cabinets stacked ontop one another. Which again had you standing there with head tilted saying to yourself: "something's wrong over there." Trim was added and enameled as well as window casings. We came away with a sweet, elegant country kitchen remodel.

This project I learned sheetrock from the Man... I used to be intimidated by finishwork, I was more of the let me help. This is one that from measurements, to clean cuts, glue, screw and hang. I taped the seams. He did the mud, but then we both went to town building it up. I sheetrocked, mud and sanded the entire closet. Now I see how he's always done it. I had to learn patience along the way. That it's layers. Not topcoat only... he's happy with our results and most importantly our client is beaming, & can't wait for us to do more projects.

I'm really proud of my father's choices. . . He turned this bathroom from a 1960's cabin into clean and classic lines. I can't wait to paint and set it all up.

I recently had a conversation with our home owner, listening to how a job of us hanging blinds turned into having Everything We Touch correcting a plethora of issues because in her words: "There were some funny things going on in there." Many projects can be taken on by quickly watching YouTube. However we also see nightmares that could have been avoided had they called in the right tech. I recommend spending the extra sometimes and not having the recurring inner voice reminding you of that everytime you see that project. The specialty techniques and tricks that the professionals bring along with them guarantee your satisfaction. Bathrooms are not a quick easy paintjob and some new towels. There's more to be addressed and once it's all done correctly, that look is flawless. Spend your budget where it goes the farthest ... and when possible, take advantage of re-using items. Our pedestal sink is going to be the spot light of the room, and it came from someone else's demolition at a fraction of the price.
Our mantra: Repurpose, Recycle & Reuse! Leaves an easier footprint on our planet and your wallet...
