Job description
Well Established Carpet Cleaning & Restoration company is looking for a couple, self motivated, hard working men or women to join our team. We have been in business for over 27 years and have built our company based on strong morals and ethics.
We are looking for individuals that are currently working in the industry, have worked in the industry in the past, or have no previous experience but willing to learn a new trade.
We pay our employees based on an hourly rate, not commission based. Our typical pay rate, to start, is $12 to $15 per hour, plus tips & bonuses, hourly rate is based on experience and willingness to work. If you think high pressure sales is part of this industry, this is not a place you would want to work at, because we do not believe in high pressure sales.
We offer:
- A solid hourly pay rate ($12 to $15 per hour to start, based on experience and willingness to work plus tips & bonuses) plus time and a half for anything over 40 hours.
- Emergency / On call Bonuses (ranging from $25 to $150 bonus per call, plus hourly rate, per ER call)
- Vacation and Holiday pay after 1 year of service.

We are seeking a cleaning / restoration technician to fill a full time, part time position or even willing to look at hiring seasonal, for college students. If you like interacting with customers and being on the move (not looking at the same 4 walls all day), this could be the perfect job for you.
-Previous Experience in the professional carpet cleaning / restoration field is preferred but not mandatory.
-Candidates must posses leadership qualities and be Extremely organized.
-Candidates MUST have a good driving record, as driving of carpet cleaning vans and, occasionally, trucks with trailers are part of the job duties. (Criminal backgrounds and driving records will be checked)
-Candidates must also be extremely personable and be willing to work various shifts on occasion. (Typically hours are 8am to when work is complete {between 4pm and 7pm is common} Monday through Friday, with an occasional weekend an evening job)
-We are looking for someone that can be clean cut and professional in appearance.
-The pay is based on experience and willingness to work. Pay ranges from $12 to $15 hr. Plus tips & bonuses as well as time and a half over 40 hrs. (Although this isn't a tipped position, customers OFTEN tip for quality service)
-Holiday and vacation pay after a year of service.
