💗✨ LET’S TALK ABOUT CLEANING PRICES — WITH A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE ✨💗

I wanted to take a moment to explain something about professional cleaning prices, because I know sometimes people see a cleaning quote and think, “That seems expensive.”

I completely understand that everyone has a different budget. ❤️ But I also want people to understand what goes into that price.

At Positive Vibe Cleaning, I rarely charge strictly by the hour. My services are generally priced by the job, based on the size of the home, condition, amount of work required, and the time and effort involved.

When my job pricing is broken down into an hourly rate, it typically works out to around $55+ per hour, depending on the cleaning.

My goal isn’t to charge the highest price I possibly can.

My goal is to charge a fair price that reflects today’s economy, covers the cost of running my business, and allows me to make a living doing the work I love. 💗

Because cleaning is hard labor.

It’s hours on your feet.
It’s bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting and scrubbing.
It’s carrying equipment in and out of homes.
It’s tackling built-up grime and messes.
It’s using your body all day long to make someone else’s home feel better.

And there are also expenses people don’t always see:

🧴 Cleaning products
🧹 Equipment & maintenance
⛽ Fuel & travel
🧾 Taxes & business expenses
📱 Scheduling & communication
⏰ Time spent preparing for each appointment
💪 The physical demands of the work
✨ Years of experience and knowledge

When you pay for a professional cleaning, you aren’t simply paying for the time someone spends inside your home. You’re paying for everything that makes that service possible.

And I believe professional cleaners deserve the same respect as any other skilled laborer.

You wouldn’t look at a contractor, mechanic, plumber, electrician, or landscaper and decide what they “need” to make a living. Their pricing reflects their experience, expenses, equipment, labor, and the value of their work.

Cleaning deserves that same respect. 🧼💗

But here’s something I especially want my clients and potential clients to know:

I LOVE proving myself through my work. 🥹💪

I don’t expect you to simply look at my price and automatically believe I’m worth it.

Behind every cleaning price is a person, a small business, a lot of hard work, and expenses you may never see.

Professional cleaning isn’t just “cleaning.” It’s skilled, physical labor and that labor has value.
