Just a friendly reminder to all of my amazing clients 🤍
Because your scheduled cleaning time is reserved specifically for you, I do require at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules so I have enough time to fill that spot on my schedule.
If less than 72 hours notice is given, full payment for the scheduled cleaning will still be required to help cover the income lost for that reserved day.
If payment is not received, future cleanings will require:
• Full payment for the missed appointment
PLUS
• A 50% deposit before arrival for the next scheduled cleaning appointment.
