Memorial Day is a time to pause and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country and the freedoms we often take for granted every single day.

For many veterans, remembrance is not something distant or abstract. It is deeply personal. It is remembering the faces, conversations, friendships, and moments shared with people who stood beside them through some of life’s hardest experiences.

There is a bond formed through service that is built through shared sacrifice, deep trust, unwavering loyalty, and the experience of carrying life’s burdens alongside one another.

And for many, Memorial Day is also a quiet reminder of the people who never made it home.

As a company founded by veterans Schuyler Williamson and Ken Wimberly, this day carries deep meaning for us. It is a reminder that freedom has always come at a cost paid for by brave men and women who chose service over comfort and sacrifice over self.

Today, we remember those heroes with gratitude and deep respect, and we honor the families who continue carrying the weight of that sacrifice long after the service has ended.

May we never become too busy, too distracted, or too comfortable to pause and remember those who gave everything for this country.
