This drone view gives you a perspective of how meticulous we are in planning and installing our septic systems for our customers. It all starts in the field with a site visit with the builder or homeowners to discuss options and pull accurate measurements. From there, we bring everything into the office to create a detailed layout of where each component will go. Once that layout is approved by the homeowner and builder, we send a full site plan packet with the layout, the survey and floor plan, the soil report and tank diagram off to an engineer to finalize the design. After the county approves the permit application, our crew returns to the site and installs the septic system down to the inch. Everyone on our crew is detail oriented and puts our best foot forward so that we can give you the best quality septic system that you can get.

We are finishing up a large traditional septic system install for the new Ira ISD sports complex! Here’s a little overhead view of the beautiful complex and our drainfield. We did have to pump to panels to prevent the drainfield from being too deep so this traditional system has an electrical control panel and a pump tank, with 4 total 1500 gallon septic tanks!

Often times we have homeowners reach out to us because they have an aerobic spray system which sprays in their back yards but they want to install a pool. We look at the option of relocating the spray heads and if we can not meet the requirements of distance from the pool based on yard space and setbacks, we take the route of converting to drip application. We just completed one of these drip conversions last week and now the homeowners will get their beautiful pool and back yard while not causing themselves future septic problems!

Occasionally, we come across someone who decided to put a pool in and cap some of their spray heads which is against TCEQ regulations and will cause them many problems in the future with their septic system. Fortunately we have been able to help these home owners remedy their problems by adding spray heads if they will fit, or converting to drip. With all the rain we have had the last two months, we are finding a lot of compressors are being overran with weeds and ants. Ants seem to LOVE building up inside of the compressor box. If you have an aerobic septic system, check under the box below the control panel and clear out any weeds and lay down some ant killer to prevent them from suffocating or getting into your compressor! It may save you a service call for a new compressor in the future!
