This is an advanced account of the establishment of Conrad House as a major business hub exclusively established by GOD ALMIGHTY Whose Name is YAH and through HIS SON whose name is YAHSHUA (JESUS). This information is being provided in advance of what can only be described as one of the greatest miracles to have been accomplished in Kampala Uganda. mation so that all who have read it can be sure that they ‘read it here first’ and that is the wonder of The Mighty Working Power of THE ALMIGHTY in what HE has chosen to do and the reasons HE has chosen to do it. This account is and will continue in Part 2 to be a synopsis of HIS Supernatural and Divine Intervention in the start to completion of this project and I have decided to place the information in the public domain as one way of giving YAH and HIS SON YAHSHUA all the glory for what will be proven to be the doing of our Elohim Alone. I had traveled to Uganda on short holidays in 2009, 2010 and three times in 2013. I like Uganda and its people very much it seemed to be less stressful place with a much slower pace and this supposition was made from a very, very limited experiential perspective. On the second of my trips here in 2013, I was led to explore business possibilities although I had absolutely no plan. My two weeks were up and arriving back to the UK I decided to do the unthinkable as I felt an inner urge to head straight back to Uganda. Off course there were practical issues to deal with. I planned on the hoof making the exhaustive arrangements for the rental of my house, storing all my furniture etc. I am skipping a huge amount of detail but I would want you the reader to understand that it was the most major and intense task I have ever set out to accomplish in such a short space of time and please be in no doubt that its accomplishment was in itself a kind of miracle. After twelve months residing in Uganda I completed the Research and Development for the chosen lines of business I had I would do and as part of the plan I decided to acquire a building with a price tag of $4.5 Million US Dollars and accompanying renovation cost of $3 Million US Dollars. I joined with colleagues and sought the assistance of investment brokers and Bankers to raise the money required which turned out to be a complete waste of time and effort. Every avenue to secure funding despite a robust and well-presented business plan ended in failure and as matters dragged on, a degree of despondency set in and to add to that, my colleagues deserted me. I began an extended period of abject loneliness and hit rock bottom, I was in a complete emotional mess. Realizing that my hopes and focus had been misplaced, I then somewhat belatedly sought The Face of The LIVING GOD. HE never shewed me away and instead lovingly expressed HIS care. It was during this period that HE spoke to me through HIS Word during what turned out to be an intense time of brokenness, prayer and supplication. HE assured me that HE was going to Supernaturally Provide all that would be required for the project. I would not need one single penny or cent of seed capital, or any arranged or requested assistance from any bank or private or corporate investor or loan agreement of any kind! I prepared to follow THE ETERNAL and HIS instructive Word to me in order to open Conrad House, its retail operations, Coffee Break Carwash and associated businesses. I know I can hear you saying that it all sounds a physical impossibility, especially if one applies the reasonable measure of reason in humanly recognizable terms. I also need to say that even at this point of writing; I still do not know exactly how The Eternal will bring HIS awesome work of HIS Supernatural Provision into the manifestation of the natural realm. I do know this though, HE will as He has clearly said HE will. So now I know that by the time I complete Part 2 of this document, I will be able to report what only HE could have and will have done and I can only just Praise HIM! How do I or can I know this? I know this because of what HE has said through HIS Word to me and I have received it …
….By Faith in GOD MOST HIGH for by HIS Great Grace, my faith, works. I have been inspired by GOD MOST HIGH to create this document, to confirm HIS Action and that of HIS SON YAHSHUA MESSIAH (JESUS CHRIST) who indwells me and all those ‘through whom’ all and any of HIS commanded ‘Good Works’ are accomplished and completed. It is to state and confirm the fact that although this is a humanly impossible task and it could not be accomplished by any human agency. Part 2 of this document will clearly show at its conclusion that only HIS Supernatural Power has caused this great Feat to be realized and set in place. My total confidence and reliance is in:

Question: So then, how can a building, a carwash and a software development business be utilized to do these good works unto the Glory of GOD MOST HIGH and HIS SON YAHSHUA MESSIAH? Answer: The Supernatural establishment of the entire project and the ongoing appeal and success of the businesses, the way they are run and the careful adherence to what The Law of GOD MOST HIGH stipulates and requires as an example to all individuals and other businesses who sees, experiences and those to whom it is given to understand. The project will Glorify GOD MOST HIGH - YAH and HIS SON YAHSHUA MESSIAH. How one begins a task can be a very strong indicator as to how the task will be completed. It is reasonably assumed that businesses are started as a result of entrepreneurship which involves having good ideas, proper business and marketing plans, potential customers and adequate business funding. These are in essence ‘a-givens’ for any business venture to be taken seriously and provided a basis upon which success can be viewed as being at the very least likely. These fundamentals are an absolute business requirement and have become a literal business science. It is the mindset that one applies to business reasoning and to which one embraces to be the ‘first and ultimate’ authority which will engage and focus. Engaging in business is usually high risk and is governed by different business philosophies and systems recognized throughout the world. These philosophies and systems control literally everything we do in terms of trade. The Bible refers to these philosophies and systems as ‘Babylon’ and informs that the ultimate head of the system is ‘the god’ of this world. The Difference is how we operate
The Bible prophecies and warns its own true and discerning subscribers (being those who have eyes that see and ears that hear) to ‘come out’ of Babylon. This essentially means who hears and accepts the call to ‘come out of Babylon’s system’ will not do business or trade under the established norms of business and trade. Ever heard the phrase business is business? We don’t believe it and instead believe that ‘business is life’
• We recognize, revere and promote true worship of our First and Ultimate Authority YAH MOST HIGH and YAHSHUA MESSIAH HIS SON.
• We do not operate with any financial assistance or help from the Babylonian financial system. We must be exempt from all and any loan arrangements, their interest and liabilities from any form of funding organization or individual.
• Our directors and managers must subscribe wholeheartedly to the ethos of our operation.
• We must and will rightly pay our taxes with pleasure as this is a righteous requirement. We have been prescribed exactly how our business is to be run within the following parameters and guidelines.
• We must operate the business within the Will and Word of YAH and HIS SON
• We must have a right Godly motive for the operation of the business
• We must have and maintain a right set of Godly business priorities
• We must excel in producing the highest quality of effectiveness in giving to and serving others from the proceeds of the business
In Conclusion of Part 1
We believe and we know that it is YAH that gives us the power to get wealth. HE has promised and HE will provide every single penny that we needed to establish this modern, ambitious and thriving enterprise. HE only can and HE will do it by HIMSELF. We are required to use the wealth that HE provides to further the gospel of HIS coming Kingdom in the way that HE directs and to assist HIS true ministers of YAH, the widows, the fatherless, the poor, the sick and the stranger within our gates and to rejoice before the Lord our GREAT and Awesome GOD in all that HE has Provided to us and to Glorify HIM and HIS SON always in Spirit and Truth.
