The Minister for Karamoja Affairs, Peter Lokeris has today passed out 50 trainers of trainees in hand-held tractor operation at Nabuine Zonal Agricultural Research and Development Institute in Nabilatuk District. In his remarks, the Minister urged the trainers to use the knowledge acquired from training to develop their respective districts. He was welcomed by Nabuin ZARDI director, Mr. Okullo Paul and the Principal Engineer farm structures and energy from , James Kasozi Tondo.
