It’s Monday folks!... What? Monday blues kicked in? We know how that goes, you’re in transit to work and not really feelin’ it. Here’s little something I’ve learnt that helped me overcome those ‘ugggghhhh work today’ moments.

Goal setting. Beyond your typical work routine should be some bigger objective. Whatever that might be, reflect on it daily and you’d be amazed at how happy you can become knowing well that you are one step closer to your dreams. Enjoy today!

The times when we feel there is need to launch rocks at the offenders because they did something that did not resonate well with us. We’ve all been victims to this, however there’s a greater need to control these emotions if we are live happy lives. I usually draw moodles or say a prayer :)
