Rentokil Initial is one of the world's leading service providers in pest control and hygiene services. The company first entered the Trinidad market in 1963 when it purchased Charles P Taylor & Company – a small local firm that offered drilling and injection termite control services. Its first office was located at the corner of Duke & Charlotte street in Port of Spain and had 5 employees. The com

pany later moved to Picton Street, Port of Spain where it continued to grow its business primarily focusing on pest control services to businesses and residential clients. Iin 1975, Rentokil Initial introduced a hygiene services division targeting government offices and other private businesses. Since then the company has expanded significantly with offices located in Aranguez, Marabella and Tobago and a staff complement of 155 employees serving over 8000 customers.

Position: Sales Support Administrator
We're looking for a results-driven, customer focused individual to join our growing business!
Key Responsibilities: Generate increased sales volumes by ensuring all enquiries, leads and development opportunities are maximized through making appointments for field-based sales colleagues and selling over the telephone where appropriate, along with servicing a set amount of existing clientele telephonically, thereby ensuring an excellent sales experience for all existing and potential customers
Requirements:
● An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred
● 2 - 3 years experience in sales support administration, or similar
● Experience with sales industry software and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar
● In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices
●Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements

Position: Branch Supervisor - Tobago
We're looking for a results-driven, customer focused individual to join our growing Tobago business!
Key Responsibilities: Reports directly to the TT General Manager and be the driving force behind our Tobago operations ensuring operational excellence, quality assurance, financial management and the achievement of branch targets.
Requirements:
● Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the pest control or facility services industry. You must also have at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
● Education: An Associate Degree or Diploma in Biology, Agriculture, Environmental Health, or Operations Management. (Note: Professional certifications in Pest Management or Supervisory Management are highly desirable!)
● Mobility: A valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record. A preference will be given to candidates who can drive a manual transmission.
● Commercial Mindset: The ability to make practical, business-focused decisions to find the most cost-effective solutions.
●Emotional Intelligence: The ability to manage your emotions, remaining calm, focused, and optimistic while dealing with constant demands.
