Yönetimimiz site sakinlerinin ihtiyaçları ve toplantıda alınan genel kurul kararları doğrultusunda sitede yapılacak çalışmaları yürütmektedir.
Yöneticimiz site sakinleri tarafından seçilen amir ile koordineli olarak çalışmakta ve kat maliklerinden gelen istek ve önerileri amirin bilgi ve görüşleri doğrultusunda çoğunluk kararı dikkate alınarak yerine getirmektedir.
Yetkin Profesyonel Site Yönetimi, arızalara ve gerektiğinde onarımlara müdahale edebilecek teknik ekip ve donanıma sahip firmalarla ortaklık anlaşmaları yapmış olduğundan, sorun ve arızaların giderilmesi için kat maliklerinin gereksiz zaman harcamasına ve hizmeti kesintiye uğratmasına izin vermez. .
Yetkili Profesyonel Site Yönetimi Kat Hizmetleri Genel Kurulu tarafından "onaylanmamış" veya Denetçi veya Denetim Kurulu'nun çoğunluk kararı olarak görüş ve onayını almamış hiçbir başvuruda bulunmaz.

Yetkin Professional Site Management has adopted the principle of realizing different management services according to the physical and vital characteristics of buildings such as sites and apartments, which it manages, in accordance with predetermined standards and to meet the general requests and expectations of the Flat Owners.
Our management carries out the work to be done regarding the site in line with the needs of the residents and the general assembly resolutions taken at the meeting.
Our manager works in coordination with the supervisor chosen by the site residents and fulfills the requests and suggestions from the floor owners in line with the knowledge and opinions of the supervisor, taking into account the majority decision.
As Competent Professional Site Management has made partnership agreements with companies that have technical team and equipment to intervene in the breakdowns and repairs when necessary, it does not allow unnecessary time spending and disruption of the service of the flat owners to fix the problems and breakdowns.
The Competent Professional Site Management does not make any application that has not received "approval" by the General Assembly of the Housekeepers or has not passed the opinion and approval of the Auditor or Board of Auditors as a majority decision.
