Our registered office address with Didim Chamber of Commerce is located in Akbuk and we offer our services throughout Akbuk, Didim, Altinkum and all surrounding area's. Because we live in Akbuk also we have a unique knowledge of the local area. If you have rented out your property and just want to give it a spring clean and want someone to be there for when your guests arrive here in Turkey to hand over your keys and show them around your property and explain how everything works, we can offer this. We understand the importance of providing an efficient and reliable service especially in an industry where this frequently does not occur. With this in mind every client will have the advantage of contacting us any time of the day, obviously normal everyday running of your property will hopefully be dealt with during office hours but we all know emergencies happen at any time so as well as a landline number you will be given email addresses and two mobile numbers so you can contact us at any time if needed. Peace of mind is probably what people want most of all, whether you come on holiday to your holiday home once a year or you rent your property out and treat it as a investment you need to know your property is in safe hands. We can liaise with local builders if you have any repair problems or you can use our in house builders. We are on hand to provide advice on the current market trends and local rent levels so you know you are making the most out of your property. We are here to cover any eventuality that can arise and to provide property management support services and a local friendly and reliable contact, giving you total peace of mind. We are registered with Didim Chamber of Commerce, which is a government body set up in 1995, it's main aim is to promote trade and investment in the local area. Any legal business in Turkey has to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce as they give you all the permissions to set up your business and they also work closely and file a report on your new business with the tax office.

Dear Friends

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we share the news of the death of our beloved Stephen Collings.

He passed away on Sunday morning, 23 June at 10.00 am after surgery at Aydin Hospital, Turkey following complications.
Steve leaves a shocked and stunned family - Jason, his Husband of 35 years, his Mother, Ivy, his Son, Gary, Leanne, Lili, Lacey and Lawson, his Sisters, Gill and Bev and all his friends and wider family.

The funeral will be held at Akbuk Cemetery on Wednesday 26 June at 2pm.

This is without an earthquake and a large one is expected in Istanbul area at any point which will be devastating obviously.

Istanbul is a very old city with lots of building built before any earthquake measures were introduced years ago.

An estimated 2,000 to 3,000 buildings in Istanbul are on the brink of collapse, experts have cautioned.

The warning comes after a three-story building in Küçükçekmece collapsed suddenly, resulting in one death and eight injuries. The building collapsed around 8:40 a.m., prompting a large-scale emergency response involving health, fire, police and search and rescue teams.

Mehmet Fatih Altan, the head of the Civil Engineering Department at Istanbul Arel University, remarked on the situation, highlighting that these buildings are susceptible to collapse even in the absence of an earthquake.

He highlighted that the collapsed building was constructed in 1988, as per Istanbul Governor Davut Gül's statement, and was not subject to the earthquake regulations introduced in 1998, 2007, and 2018.
