Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for company.
- Assist in either finance/HR office work and/or inventory management, logistics support & co-ordination.
- Handling of enquiries through email and call, and feedback from commercial & residential customers.
- Sending of quotation and agreement to clients.
- Coordination with operations team to ensure process is smooth for both commercial & residential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and after sales service by ensure a close loop for existing and new customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Positive and pleasant personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
- Ability to multi-task with minimum supervision
